Located on the water in Wellington, this cottage renovation received a 2nd floor dormer addition that created a full size master bedroom looking out over the water through the new Divided Light windows.
The exterior was then finished with Maibec cedar shakes and Cope Cod trim. A large feature wall was finished with stone local to our area, along with stonework around the front foyer addition and chimney on the east side of the house.
Finally a large 12'x32' slate stamped concrete patio was added on the water side of the cottage, with a custom integrated Trex Artisan series glass railing.
