Located just down the shoreline from Sandbanks Provincial Park in Prince Edward County, this newly constructed family cottage replaces an older cottage that was demolished.

Sloped and vaulted ceilings throughout make for a variety of complex roof angles, including a 20’ vaulted ceiling. Over 20,000 feet of tongue and groove pine make up for all of the wall and ceiling finished materials.

 Large walk in showers in each bathroom include Schluter trough drains and rain screen tempered glass. 

Owens Corning high wind shingles were installed along with Northstar windows and doors. Large Armour Stone retaining walls and stairs constructed outside skirt the home perimeter.
