This project began with us tearing down an existing addition in the middle section of the home with then a new, larger addition built in its place using Nudura ICF construction.
The exterior of the home was completely renovated with new Fraser wood siding & shakes, along with Stone Selex cultured stone. Northstar windows & doors were installed as well as Iko roof shingles and Gentek soffits.
Rough cut 6x6 timber frame accents were built into several of the roof peaks. Cedar decking with custom tempered glass railings and a tumbled stone radius walkway completed the landscaping.
